Alphason Sonata owners - help needed.

Bought a "for parts" Sonata which will be a Summer project. It has no motors, just the subchassis, plinth and platter. Right now, the platter is not level, as part of it is too low and is touching the plinth. Should I adjust the springs in the three "towers"? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

With the deck in its current state it's not worth looking at levelling it out yet.
Sort all the basics first that will enable it to run including adding a tonearm. You may find it's far closer to true than first appearances.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I know leveling would be the last, just wondering if its anything serious before I attempt further
restoration.
