Albums you wish you had bought at the time

Two Against Nature on vinyl.

That one is at least rectifiable, the RSD or (I’d be prepared to bet) Acoustic Sounds beat the original vinyl just by virtue of being cut over more space. I’ve had the original, it’s good, though the three-sided RSD (my current copy) is better, and I bet the current AS beats that.

PS FWIW I actually consider it such a great sounding CD it isn’t a title I’d spend a fortune upgrading.

Nurse with Wound - Psilotripitaka bondage edition leather box set, poor student in London early 90s and would see this in rough trade for weeks or months on end, never had the money and then it was gone, never seen it again. an edition of 25.

Only recently discovered Nothing But Thieves who have been around for maybe 8 years and about 5 albums. All really strong albums so had to do a CD bulk buy catch up.

Further back I missed out on Radiohead, Toto and a lot of Northern Soul until much later

All the Blue Note albums I rejected in the days spent mooching around Robinsons Records, Manchester, in the '70s.
