Advice on phone stage

Hi
I would really appreciate some advice on input from the experienced members on this forum. I have a Rega P8/apheta attached to a nac72/nap140 HiCap with Mission 770 speakers. I’ve ordered a Neilgadman 323 card for NAC72 & apheta (1) input - would I have been better buying a standalone phono stage & if so what ?

You can change it to whatever you like. Just change a resistor per channel.
