Something a little different for me.

Outstanding!

Also - a nice puzzle to think about the quite what and how. To me - appears something caught in v. low-angle sun; also lots of surface tension on display, at every scale.

Might it be shot from the underside? - rain on a newly-'spit-spot' -cleaned car sunroof or similar? Something like that, I wonder... but lovely, however it was achieved. Please enlighten us!

@Boxertrixter - great having those humans in that shot for scale! At first glance, those rocks didn’t look as big as they are.

You’d certainly not want to find these in your pants! :D

That's fab Alanbeeb, well done, beautiful colours - you must be chuffed.:)

I have a bunch of photos from about 10 mins to just before that moment, and people would just not believe the colour on the sky (the paddleboarders picture gives some idea of it)..... yet I hardly touched them in Lightroom. The further the moon went south of the Bass rock, the more muted the colours became, that picture was last I took. Will post some of them soon (but LOL isn't this supposed to be one-picture-a-week. oops, guilty! :))
