My dog has strained the muscles in his neck somehow so the vet has told us not to walk him for a week! A week - with no walkies - not sure who's more upset, him or me.

I feel your pain, pup was housebound for a good few days while his poorly shoulder came good, his 5am walk this morning seems to have had no ill effects, so he's on 5 miles a day for a couple more days, then I'll step it up to 7. Not bad for a crunchy old geezer who has to walk with a stick

Armoured conduit. These are steel, but you may be able to get non-magnetic ally ones. The plastic version probably won't be strong enough.
