As far as they’re concerned, there has been no fraudulent activity on their platform. I willingly made the payment. By their rules, the merchant is the company that claims the payment. The fact they took it by using a fake website makes no difference. No wonder there are so many scammers...

Thanks TT, but Revolut is my CC provider & I’ve been speaker to them since the transaction went through. They are the morons who state they couldn’t find Fraudulent Activity.

I Google searched Loake Köln, as I was hoping to find a shop. That site came up. Looked genuine. I’m definitely done with Revolut now. Not the first problem I’ve had with them.

The website looks genuine. It’s called Loakeschuhe, but I’m in Germany, so that’s about right. I’ve emailed Loake in UK to ask if their site has been hacked. If that’s a scam site I may never shop online again. There’s nothing that suggests to me that it’s anything but a genuine site.
