Not the best dog I toured with though. That would be Buster and Motorhead.

I liked his dog though, who he brought on tour with him. Much nicer than he was.

I did that Hawkwind tour (which was fantastic by the way) and he was a grumpy, unfriendly tosser...still a fantastic drummer but a deeply flawed human being.

While watching the NFL playoff games on US TV over the weekend I was absolutely stunned to hear a track off the first Can album Monster Movie used as the music for a high profile commercial for Chevy pickup trucks! This ad played dozens of times over the weekend on all the major US TV networks...

Does anyone know the exact date that the Gavin Bryars album Sinking of the Titantic was released in the UK? It was the first release on Brian Eno's new Obscure record label with the catalogue number Obscure 1. The record itself says that it was published in 1975 but I can't find the actual date...
