If I want to service the hi-cap what’s involved, I know the caps are very easy to replace what else do I have to do I am pretty good with a soldering iron

Yes you are correct

I noticed there is only 3 transistors’ on each side of the hi-cap 2 the olive has 4 on each side I wonder why???

Here is a picture of the inside of the Naim hi-cap 2 and olive can you see the difference

I think that’s the dual teddycap run in now, very open and detailed the bass kicks in when it should it sounds incredible

It’s on its own shelf now :D

I set it up on Christmas day, I’ve been listening every day it sounds better every time I listen to it, I will let you know how it sounds when it runs in, just enjoying the music have a nice Christmas and a happy new year.
