Just buy a connector and use any wire that comes to hand. Absolutely no benefit to be had from anything special here. You can usually save several feet of cable by connecting to the speaker terminals rather than the amp too.

Listening now via a graaf 13.5b2, sounds amazing.

I use balanced subs on each of the speaker outputs and they need an earth route - from the low level input - the earthing point on the amp makes it an easy connection. Ground on xlr isn't always referenced to earth. So not essential by any means - but nice to have.
