    Replace LP12 with Orbe?

I hadn't heard of the "Radikal" until I came across an LP12 up on eBay for about 12 grand. I thought it must of been someone just preying on the stupid or insane. Now looking at the thing in more detail.. I was right. ;-)

    Replace LP12 with Orbe?

I'd certainly try the Ekos on it first if you can. I think my LP12 at the time was Armageddon / Aro / Prefix / Karma .. possibly with a Cirkus.. can't remember.. I've had a few LP12's. The one I've just broken up and put on eBay was originally Bubs who traded it with JW for the Ninja. It was...

All hope of that was lost as soon as PR&T was mentioned. ;) So does anyone have any recommendations as to which vibrating male anal pleasuring device is the best?

    Replace LP12 with Orbe?

Replacing the LP12 with an Orbe? I did years ago.. never been happier. I even managed to get hold of John Michell's personal custom arm-plate for a Naim Aro before he sadly passed. It's a wonderful turntable.. a keeper for life. :)

Not as such. I'm technically my gf's "manager" although I'm pitching in when and where I can on the audio front. I did the FOH at the Castle Party festival in Poland which was great fun with about 4000 people inside the walls but apparently the gig could be heard for a couple of miles so it...

And all this talk of a digital Bonham.. I said to someone a few years ago that one day when enough CPU power is available, there will be virtual musician plug-ins that emulate the playing style and sound of specific musicians. The coding of the learning algorithm would be pretty complicated...

Andy had no involvement in the actual recording of the first album and wasn't in the band then (and neither was my gf). They approached him for mastering and it went from there. The forthcoming album has been recorded with much superior eqpt. Telefunken V72's, DAD converters, valve...

Now that I'll certainly agree to. The magic is.. and always will be.. in the listening.

Quite a few decent underground American bands do and probably anything recorded by Steve Albini who I hear is single-handedly trying to buy the worlds remaining stock of 2" tape. It's also the reason I suggested bands go to Nashville which has the most recording studios per square mile than...

Are you referring to Autechre by any chance? ;-)

Joe, A number of reasons.. In no particular order.. 1. Lack of transistors. Invented in 1947, it's unlikely that transistors were used in the recording of the Jazz records from the 1950's. All equipment would of been valve based and probably hand-wired, point-to-point as well with PCB...

    £500,000 for a Lennon album!

I know someone who has inherited boxes and boxes full of white label test pressings and acetates from recordings made at Abbey Road with many Beatles recordings in there. Of course he knows they are worth "something" but I suspect he doesn't quite know just how much. I did offer him a tenner...

Hehe.. He's not "my" mastering engineer.. He is Pink Floyd's engineer but I suppose with my beard and long hair I'll forgive you the confusion. ;-) To be honest, he can be anyone's mastering engineer for £45+vat per track. http://www.tubemastering.com/ If anyone does use him, tell him I...

Well done for re-describing the role of the mastering engineer. ;-)
