FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
The following terms and conditions will, apply to this prize draw entitled Win a £525 Naim Hi-Line interconnect! and dated 29th October 2007.
1. Participants are invited to register their details for the prize draw with a member of Martin Kleiser staff once they have received their SUPERNAIT demonstration. No purchase of goods or services or other payment is necessary for entry into this prize draw.
2. Participants must provide all information requested by Martin Kleiser. Valid entries received by midnight (GMT) 1st December 2007 will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Martin Kleiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete or fraudulent entries and does not accept any liability or responsibility for any failure in relation to the relevant computer hardware or software which results in any restriction or delay in the registration, sending or receipt of an entry.
3. The opening date for the prize draw is 12 noon (GMT) 29th October 2007 and the closing date for receipt of entries is midnight (GMT) 1st December 2007.
4. The Prize: There is one prize to be won:
- One first prize of 1 x of Naim Hi-Line Interconnect.
If the prizewinner currently owns a full Naim system, the winner may have the option of converting the prize to an upgrade of the current Naim system to the equivalent value of the prize won.
There is no cash alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.
Delivery of prizes may take approximately four weeks depending on product availability.
5. The draw will be made on 14th December 2007.
6. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date and will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
7. Notification of winning: the winners will be sent an e-mail providing further information about their prize and how to claim it. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the e-mail within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification the winner will automatically forego their rights to their prize and a new winner will be chosen.
8. The winners may be asked (but will not be obliged) to participate in unpaid publicity resulting from this draw.
