I wouldn't worry about it. Their descriptions are usually based on the box condition because nobody is 100% checking the 1000s of returns they receive everyday. I have had several things from the warehouse stated as damaged and some were still sealed customer returns or failed delivery items. If it is damaged just send it back free of charge using their generous 30 days free returns policy.
