Sharp tuner aerial sockets?

Could somebody please help.

I'd like to know which is the FM aerial of the two sets of sockets on the left. Presumably the other is for AM? Also is there anywhere I could get plugs for them?

The top socket is for FM and the cheapo ribbon aerials you can pick up from Tandy etc have plugs to fit. I'm not sure where you can get a separate plug if you want a better aerial but I'm certain you can 'bodge' something to fit or the aerial supplier will be able to provide one.

The bottom socket is for AM.
