Rega Planar 3 measurements

A drop of oil and cleaning the platter pulley has reduced the AM a lot. I can see slight wobble in the acrylic platter so some experimentation is in order. I have a round belt.
 
It looks much better after the oil. Viewed on my Leader it's basically showing the same as the visualiser with a gentle 0.55Hz swing of the drift needle and say 0.35% W&F. CCIR no weighting. Tone on this file is 3kHz.
 
Yes, that file is from the HFS75 3000 Hz nominal track.
Next I am planning to put a reference mark on the platter pulley and experiment fitting the platter in various positions relative to this. I bought this deck used, it must be pretty old. The belt was new.
