Reach of Roksan Tarbiz tonearm VTA adjustment

Hi, does anyone happen to know how much travel in height the VTA adjustment on a Roksan Tabriz allows? The stem seems to be quite long, but I can imagine the arm becoming less stable when mounted too high in the tonearm base collar?

Mine sits about 10mm out of the collar (on a Techincs 1210), if that helps.
