Quad Vena and Naim 150x

Would it be OK to use the above together. I'll stand back for any replies saying it's sacrilidge. Just wanted to know if it was safe not knowing if the Vena is active or passive.

You might need a phono to DIN cable to make it work if the 150x doesn't have phono inputs....

I don't see why it shouldn't work if there's pre-out.

If the output and input impedances match, why not?
The connecting cable must also conduct electricity and be of an adequate length

As a rule of thumb any pre should work fine with any power amp... yes there are exceptions and caveats but 80% of the time it will hold true.
