Primare A20 problems

Not exactly a "DIY" issue as it beyond my knowledge base... more that my friendly audio engineer is struggling with...
A20 keeps blowing internal output fuses. Fine if he engages one channel at a time, but both?- blows both channels.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as I love my A20.
