https://www.modushop.biz/site/ There's rake loads of cases on eBay as well however, I find these people are a good balance of quality and price.

There is a phono stage in projects that I did a few months ago, shunt feedback and the latest Ti low noise regs, complete design in KiCad, may be some pictures of the finished board as well. Bit more tricky than a phono clone as the regs are smd with a pad.
