You could use seedstudio, or some other and get some PCBs made form the Gerbers.

I have an old populated board. It doesn't look pretty mind you.. I should give it a try

FWIW I submitted the Gerber file to Seeed for manufacturing and they initially rejected it because there is no outline layer in the file. After some discussion they offered to add this themselves (I am not sure how I would modify a Gerber file without the original design file?) and sent me a copy of the modified design.
