I had one of those, and it was a stunner. It started as an m/m + m/c Art Audio Vinyl One, silver wired reference version. I then had a line input added with a source selector and a passive volume control, ALPS Blue with remote control.
It also had a gain switch on the m/c output to keep the noise down as it had high output m/c transformers.
I sold it to a guy called Brook a while back.

I sold it as I bought a Devialet, one reason being that the Devialet can be programmed for two phono inputs.
The fully spec'ed one I had you could probably negotiate from Tom Willis for around £2,500, less if not silver wired.
Before that I had a Tellurium Q machine that was very good, but not as good as the Art Audio valve one.
I got it from Analogue Seduction as an ex-demo, they still advertise it.

You could ask them or search for one, or ask Colin Wonfor if he has one or could source one. He might even be able to make you one.
I don't think it had remote control.
