One channel not working Roksan Caspian or repair Birmingham

I would like to try to repair my Roksan amplifier.It has very low output on the left speaker,can anyone point me in the right direction.Where to look .I have a multimeter and can solder ,sort off.If not recommendations for repair in the Birmingham area would be nice !

The problem is intermittent so maybe a bad solder joint i don't know.
The amplifier has a diagnosis pad showing different voltages but i really dont know how i would use this.

By all means open it up and have a look, do some wire wiggling and look for leaking or bulging capacitors. However you aren't going to be able to diagnose faults without knowing how to test. For that you need instructio or help from a skilled tech.
 
Hello Steve,i already have and a bit lost .I will try to find someone local to look at it for me .Ideally id like to watch and learn.I cant learn from reading im a practical Fella .

RPM Audio in Smethwick could also be worth contacting. I don't think any tech is going to let you hang over their shoulder though!
