Nikon (Cr4p) SnapBridge

I’ve had many Nikon digital cameras and with each one that was compatible I’ve tried to use SnapBridge. Not because it was essential but because it would occasionally be useful. I’ve never got it to work reliably, I can always get it to connect but as soon as I try to download images to my phone is just hangs. I might get one or two before it cr4ps out but it never works properly. Even with the latest Z9 it’s the same result.

Anyone here use it and get it to work reliably?

No I gave up on it, mostly because it only did jpg not raw and the connection problems.
The canon software is far better.

What mobile device do you use?

I use it on an iPad pro from 2015. I process the raws for the photos I like in camera and then send 12Mp jpegs to the ipad with snapbridge. I then separately save the raws to an ancient mac pro for archival.

You can send raws with snapbridge if you want to but I don’t feel the need to do so, since it would rapidly use up my storage space.
