Bad enough to be unusable unless converted to black and white. Using the lens profiles settings in Lightroom can reduce the effect a bit, but not eliminate it.

Thanks. It was mostly a curiosity because — as nice as Leica lenses is — I can't see my splashing out for several lenses and a Z6 or Z7 just so I can mount Leica glass on a Nikon.
But it is nice that this is now an option and it might make sense for someone with Leica lenses who wants to mount them on a current full-frame body that's cheaper than an M10.
