Introducing the new Neat Mystique Classic Speakers
Neat Acoustics has recently unveiled the third addition to their Classic series, introducing the Mystique Classic model. Standing at a height of 78cm, it ranks among the more discreet floor-standing speakers in the market, though it doesn't quite match the compactness of the company's Iota Alpha.
The prototype of the Mystique made its debut at the 2023 High End show in Munich, and it also made an appearance in its pre-production form at the North West Audio Show held at Cranage Hall.
This new model employs the 134mm driver borrowed from Neat's Motive range, complemented by the exceptional AMT tweeter that is a common feature in all three Classic models. The speaker is designed with a port at the cabinet's base, which is elevated above a plinth by four aluminum spacers.
Consistent with Neat's speaker craftsmanship, the crossover has undergone meticulous refinement through extensive listening tests, featuring air-core inductors and high-quality polypropylene capacitors exclusively.
For color choices, all Neat Classics are available in satin white, textured black, natural oak, and American walnut finishes. The Mystique is currently available for purchase, with prices ranging from £2,475 for the black and white options to £2,595 for the oak and walnut variants.
