HDR plugins for Lightroom 5/separate applications

Hi,

I've been playing around with a trial of the HDRSoft Merge to 32-bit HDR plugin for Lightroom with reasonable results. Just wondering what software other forum members use for HDR photography (plugins or separate standalone applications)?

Cheers

Try this:

Highlights -100
Shadows +100
Clarity +100 (or -100 for a soft look)
Saturation to suit
Set the tone curve to a gentle 'S'

Works well for B&W images too.

I've used Photomatix & Nik HDR Efex, but find the above method quicker and less obviously HDR.

Never done HDR per se, as modern digital camera's have very good dynamic range which has rendered it unnecessary for my photography. However, I have used and own a plugin for Lightroom called Enfuse. It blends bracketed exposures which come out natural looking. It does focus stacking too. Google Photographer's toolbox to see more information.
