To be frank, I had a musical epiphany after listening to several Monk LPs and felt that I had finally witnessed the pinnacle of the musical art form.

The thing that all musicians had strived for but never attain.

I did have some trouble expressing myself and hoped that there may be some Monk fans who might understand.
