Ah, thanks. The big decision is whether to trust this assertion from the Audio Note guide: "... it is actually easier to change the surround with the driver in situ in the cabinet." I'm very tempted to try to do it this way. The drivers are very difficult to remove.

Apologies to the OP, as this is off topic, but I have a pair of Ks in exactly the condition in the photo above. I've found several different recommendations about how best to replace the foam surrounds. Biglebowski, how did you go about it?
