Yes, the Ekos does have a very short headshell (this is the arm you are presumably referring to).

Where did you read this? The only info I can find on the Linn forum is from a comparative test, and the testers preferred the old K400 to the new K200.

Sales are one part of the equation. There's also supplies of unobtanium or the right 3rd parties to make the parts they don't do themselves.

It's nice to have a choice other than Lyra when my Kleos has done its dash. Given the pricing of around a thousand squids, it seems pitched against the Delos rather than the Kleos. It'll be interesting to read some reviews of it in time.

I think the Krystal is more or less in the Lyra Delos price range, and the latter has a boron cantilever.
