Zerodust or VP dust buster stylus cleaner?

I posted this on t'other cleaning thread. Popped into my local Specsavers last Wednesday to find out the formulation(s).

The girl brought down two packets, one a multi-purpose cleaner; t'other a more specific one. the former had polyhexamide plus phosphate salts and the latter oxymol.

Means nothing to me, but doesn't sound like alcohol.

Therefore, JEM, can you enlighten us please?

Indeed... Avoid contact lens cleaners as they have all sorts of stuff in that could gunk up your stylus when it dries. Our own brand spectacles lens cleaner is alcohol free, costs £2.50 for 29.5ml (retail) and I've used it on occasion and it works ok. It's made by/for Hilco, so is probably the basis for a lot of opticians lens cleaner.
I'm thinking of ordering some branded as stylus cleaner and selling it for £30 a bottle (maybe free p&p)
