Bloody difficult exercise, this memory-stretching thing, so I've missed a few in the early years (Micro-Seiki, for example)

Well, I've owned hundreds, but from a main system point of view -

Hitachi PS-17
Rotel RP-1000
Garrard 301/SME 3009
Garrard 301/Audio Technica AT1130

now -

Garrard 301/Alphason HR-100S

Yes, it's the same Garrard 301 each time and I've been using it for about eighteen years, since before the 301 and 401 were 'rediscovered'!

AR EB101
AR Legend
Rega Planar 3
Michell Synco, faulty, quickly replaced with:
Michell Gyro & RB300 faulty and damaged

LP12, Aro & Lingo
LP12 Ekos II, Cirkus & Lingo

You've kept that quiet.

I've mentioned it in passing in a couple of threads, but no great fanfare, true. Bought it a few weeks ago from a PFMer, so I've got something to play vinyl on when I'm in London (whenever I'm here I buy records, and I decided I wanted to be able to listen to some of them before taking them down to the main rig).

A nice deck, and not just nice "for the money".

Sony "separate" as part of my midi system which also contained my first CDP - wee'd all over the CDP and made me realise vinyl could be worthy (our house turntable was sh1te and I only had tape until this point)
Goodmans el-cheapo Richer Sounds deal just so I could spin vinyl when I got some lo-rent separates
Dual 1229/Sure 75E (gave to mate, who's boyfriend smashed it. Wish I'd kept it and serviced it)
Rega Planar3/RB300/Ortofon 520
Rega Planar3/RB300/Dynavector 10x4 High
Rega Planar3/RB300/Ortofon 540

Rega Planar3/RB300/Denon DL160/Flutterbuster
Rega Planar3/RB300/Denon DL160/Funk Achroplat/Flutterbuster

Also, a NAD533/Ortofon 530 in my second system that was, and now a pair of Soundlab DLP3r direct drive mixing decks and Ortofon black concords - useless at mixing, but at least I can play vinyl upstairs again.

Intend to get at least one Technics 1210 in the next few months - will butcher it and reap arm from my Rega for an experiment. If it works, will aim for a Garrard 401 and some kind of 12inch arm in the next two years :)

Linn LP12/valhalla/ Ittock
Different LP12 with Circus and new type motor and zener valhalla / same Ittock (didnt think the cirkus did anything but kept it since it also effectively didn't cost anything)
Got armageddon to replace valhalla - that definitely does do something!
Bought a 2001 LP12 with top plate stud (otherwise identical to the old one except newer). Bolt definitely does something useful.
It also came with a wide box lingo which I raced against the geddon. Lingo stayed but it was close.
