WiFi adapter for Ethernet only streamer

I may be getting a Linn Sekrit DSM that has network connectivity via wired RJ45 only. I don’t really have an option to connect it directly via this so has anyone got a recommendation for a wireless adapter that is good for this purpose?

Are you lacking a house network Andrew, or just the WiFi adapter to go into that network socket?

Many plug-in wireless range extenders have an Ethernet socket. I don't mean the kind that carry signal over the mains.

I use a cheap TP-Link with ethernet - it works well

I have used this for a few years on my sky box. Works fine, bear in mind it can only connect to the 2.4GHz network.

Si, I don’t have a home wired network. That’s the issue, although I could run copper from the hub to the streamer.

You can get wireless adapters with a rj45 output on them. That's all you need, and power.

I used this with a very short Ethernet cable to connect a microrendu, no problems.

Our latest EE package came with an extender for the Wifi, which has a socket i use just for this on a NovaFidelity N15.

Perfect, I have a spare one of those.

So I'll be trying a Sneaky DS, Sekrit DSM and Sekrit DS-I. Wonder which will sound best on analogue out?
