I've just renewed my passport for probably the last time (but who knows what the future may hold?). I've dug up my previous passports, and here are the photos, starting when I was eighteen in 1968. Some are a bit weird, having been messed with by the Passport Office -

I find this fascinating.
Sometimes you can clearly so the old person in the young person, and vice-versa (Paul McCartney, Cliff Richards), more often you look at the old person and find it impossible to relate the face to that of a photo of the person when young.

I was inspired by this to try and add to the selfie-with-farm-animals sub-genre. Sadly the local sheep wouldn’t play ball, but I found an opportunity on this morning’s rainy walk. And as I discovered all sorts of extra buttons on my phone’s photo settings today I can now make my pics moody mono and extra contrasty.
