Stereo- and is bit of a strange recording.:)

It's a typical, late 60s EMI recording where Stereo was something that had to be released but Mono was where the effort was put in. The Mono is not as radically different as say on "Piper" but has some subtle but noticeable differences. The RSD Mono reissue is worth checking out.
 
Billy Joel 'And so it goes'.

Hadn't heard this song until we started to sing it in the small choir we have at work. Such a beautiful and poignant song. Probably his best work, IMO.

Every year (bar last year for obvious reasons) we have a gathering of the Purple Radio clan, and throw a big weekend party.
So, just before bunging it up on Mixcloud, I had a listen back to the recording of my set for any egregious errors; and I'm quite pleased with it.
