Deep Purple - Fireball

A stunning German 70's pressing of this fabulous album.

I'd also forgotten how utterly brilliant Ian Gillan's lyrics and vocal to 'No one Came' are. One of the very best and properly funny.

Agreed. It's a very pleasant surprise.
We went to see them in Brighton last year, and they still had it live.

Haven't seen them since they played at Glastonbury in 1986. Will definitely try and catch them again.

Made of Rain was recommended to me by a guy who has managed and been the agent for a few of the UK's best known bands. He thinks it could be album of the year.
