XTC - Black Sea, not the quietest pressing I have but enduring quality form this overlooked band. I have been listening to Long Player on BBC Sounds this week, this was a featured album so reminded to give it a spin.

Bryan Ferry - Avonmore

I bought 'im indoors the Michael Rother Solo boxset for his birthday; so we're coming round to Katzenmusik.

bobby charles - eponymous release
vital information - couple of lps from their swamp-funky period, which, despite the presence of frank gambale, was very good
VA - compilation of tv theme tunes. Most bring a nostalgic tear to the eye, but my goodness, man about the house, and Sutherland's Law are awesome anyway.

Michael Franks - The Music In My Head (on Tidal)

Didn't realise he'd released this, apparently it came out last year...Very good too.

Tindersticks - Across six leap Years (Vinyl/LP/Album/Record...)
So...looks like I'm still on my Tindersticks kick and loving it!

englebert humperdink collection - mostly from the 70s I'd say - lounge / easy listening was beautifully recorded and arranged in those days. And often had a vaguely 'funky drummer' feel too. Great stuff played loud (ironically).

chieftains 4 (vinyl rip)

june tabor / martin simpson - a cut above - and it certainly was / is ...
(vinyl rip of my brother's from the orig. vinyl release!).
