I had carrot tartare this afternoon. Delicious!

Today I am cooking oven baked Tesco's vegan sausages, French beans, Brussels sprouts and carrot and sweet potato mash, with a big dollop of French mustard and Tesco's tomato sauce on the side, followed by Raclette, grapes and oatcakes, all washed down with half a bottle of Aldi's Rioja and Pellegrino, preceded - as I type - by a great big Gin, Martini and Tonic cocktail. I may follow up with a Japanese whisky later in the evening :)
