  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

There's one on eBay. I'm assuming you've seen that but your budget is lower?

    Thank you, much appreciated.
Yes I do keep an eye on eBay sales.
In my opinion, £400 for a fairly old unit is not reasonable.
They are not the most reliable of units, and they cannot be repaired.
Nevertheless, there is a good chance that someone will buy it and be very happy with it.

To be honest, there is no need to bump, when I have already bumped.

it is slightly irritating to receive an ALERT indicating a possible response, and it turns out to be a member bumping on my behalf - when I bumped only an hour or so ago.

    Nevertheless, good fun, of course.

    Hi quantumparticle

Are you still looking for a AG1500S?

    No
I am looking for an ag1500 - not the “s” version.

    Thank you.
Yes, I have been keeping my eye on that.
    It started at £420.
Now down to a more realistic £320
I personally think that that is a bit high.
The unit is probably 5 years old, or more (not stated in advert, just a guess).
They were about £600 new, but they sometimes had offers on, so nearer £540 new.

I am sure that someone’s valuation is higher than mine and will go for it.
Major problem is - if there is a fault, the manufacturer cannot repair it.
