Truly great albums with no duff moments

Played a real cracker last night.............SRV's "The Slow Blues" ...........not a duff moment in this superb album :)

Also the Pixies Doolittle is great from start to think of it- come to think of it so is come on pilgrim and surfa rosa. Nothing on them I'd skip when listening.

And I wouldn't be skipping any of Bossanova either. They certainly shone brightly albeit briefly.

As I love listening to all sorts of things, the ones that keep coming up, and have done for years are Dark Side Of the Moon (Pink Floyd), Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and Abbey Road (Beatles).

All these are my original vinyl copes and seem to underline the very reasons why I pursued the idea of going along the upgrade path to enjoy what the music had to give.

There are many more 'rocks' in my collection - some on CD and some on cassette - but those three take the 'most played over all the years' slot.

I don't think any of these are already listed:
Spacemen 3: Playing with fire
Durutti Column: Vini Reilly
Mogwai: Young Team

Three completely different ways to write the perfect guitar driven album......

Add Roy Buchanan to that list.
