Transformer/Voltage question

Hi all,

I have 2 identical transformer (117v primary, dual 50 V secondary), Can I use the secondary of the first transformer and use it as primary for the second transformer. The objective is to obtain a voltage of about 20v. Thanks
PS. I am assuming I have to connect the secondary Ground of both transformer together.

You could but the regulation would be very poor, as would the efficiency.

The arrangement would also be double the normal size / weight.
