The live material from the Albert Hall on Soundcloud sounds amazing.

It has actually made me doubt the benefits of my Tidal subscription as the sound quality really is comparable.

Does anybody know what rate Soundcloud quality stream at?

Very impressed on all fronts and will be buying his CDs. Can't find any releases on vinyl.

I'm so pleased with the response. He's an artist I've liked for a good while though his stuff, even on CD, is fairly hard to get hold of. All of his albums are consistently high quality. 'Tomorrow' on the album 'There Is' has been one of my 'go to' tracks for a good while. I love the discordance between the jazz drumming and the folk acoustic; that's after the three minute soundscape introduction of course!

The 'Pagodes Live' set is only available for download via his website I think. That's if you wish to own a copy yourself.

Soundcloud broadcasts at up to 320mbps. Certainly some of the stuff I play from it through my SBT displays at 320.
