The Pro progeny is ready for recap. The capacitors are as follows: 2x2200uf 35v, 4x4700uf 16v, 4x47uf 35v and 21x47uf 16v. I'm thinking of using Panasonic FC, is that a decent replacement for the old Nichicons?
The first capacitor is replaced, and C23 was the chosen one. The pcb is of good quality. One of the challenges is locating the soldering points, with a flashlight and plenty of time it should be possible to get the job done. I'll use Nichicon FG on the 47uf 16v specified, and Panasonic FC for the others. While on speed, I ordered caps for the Cobalt 307 too, the time go by so fast.
