The Flickr user thread

Great work. I live near Oxford, so know it well, but I'm usually 'doing something' when there, so don't get to do much photography there. The use of light in some of those images is just superb.

Very nice series tuga.

Thanks.
It took me a while to get the confidence but now I spend most of my day-off mornings fishing for images. Every now and then something interesting gets caught.

talk about decisive moment: 1 millisecond later and the girl will have ascended to apple user heaven.

btw--have you considered mastering it with just a touch more contrast/darkness?

Thanks. To be honest I didn't give it much tweaking. I really should try something more bold.

Thanks for the link to your Oxford pictures. I know Oxford well as I grew up there. However, there is always something new or different when another person views it.

I have Smugmug and it isn't free so not sure what wil lhappen to the Flickr users now, have to pay perhaps?

How do I add hi-res Flickr links to PFM?

The BBCODE flicker offers isn't accepted by the forum.

Just copy the BBCode in its entirity straight into your post where you want the picture to appear, i.e. don’t use the toolbar links here on pfm.

Is it possible to upload here from the mobile flickr app?

It seems a serious oversight of flickr if not.

What would be the best alternative for a mobile app if the above does not work?

Smugmug?

To post the BB code to PFM when using the Flickr app on a mobile, you'll need to copy the image URL from the Flickr app and copy it into this webpage and then generate the BB code then copy paste it into the relevant thread.

It works because my image in the selfie thread was done exactly as I've described.

Sorry, I meant if I upload to Flickr, can I save images in full resolution?
