[FS] Technics SB-M300 Midsize Standmount Speakers - NFS Currently

Technics SB-M300 Midsize Standmount Speakers - good to great condition and in use occasionally until last year.

These are better than would many assume - HiFi World & others rated them highly & that's why I went to listen to them - bought them straightaway. I have the box but unsure re original foam packing.

A good way to complete your Technics system?

Still sound great to my ears - listening to them now with a Pioneer A400 Amp and CD player.

Pics of their condition are also enclosed - I'd describe them as good to very good but have some faults mentioned below.

I've tried to photograph them well, but they are very glossy and show fingerprints really well too.

One of the corners has taken a knock - not out of shape tho - you could leave as is or put some brown polish in to hide the colour difference.

There's a very small dent in one of the sides - couple of pics of that.

Also some smearing of the surface on one of the sides - really hard to photograph that - but it is there.

Location London SE5 for local pick up. Removed from sale temporarily whilst I have a think - I found a few for sale in France, Germany but none in UK - so its difficult to know. Feedback welcome.

I forgot to take one with the grills on - looks just like the brochure. They're a perfect fit - let me know if you'd like one taken.

That's a great price for these- people tend not to understand that there's the Technics of midi hifi fame, and then their serious hifi side, not to mention their "skunkworks" where they came up with all sorts of terrifying, magnificent audiophile visions.

I am not in the market, but would love to hear these.

Their most recent speaker equivalent to this was favoured over the Kef LS50 by some reviewers.
