Tannoy Sensys DC1

I have just purchased, but not as yet received a pair of these. I wonder if anyone has opinions about them.

Thinking of replacing my Tannoy 12" HPD's with them, but will probably keep both, and most of my other speakers!

I had a pair a good few years back. I bought them as they were the new version of the older Tannoys that I had at the time, the DC1000. I preferred the DC1000, the DC1 had a more extended top end, but seemed a bit to forward in the mid range. I would love to re-visit them, as at that time, I had not had a lot of experience with hifi.
I later replaced both the DC1000 and DC1 with some 12" HPD 315's in Cheviot Cabs. No match I am afraid, if you have the space. The DC1000's were very tight and punchy though.
