1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Upgraded the kitchen and the system in it.. Sounds lovely now and finally have a system with definition and bass rather than just an Alexa...!

Bluesound Powernode N330 with ATC HTS7 & B&K XXLS Subwoofer..

Trying out a 7W/ch Audion Silver Night 300B power amp today. Seems to be working nicely with my Croft 25, although it probably doesn’t require the zero gain cathode follower version that mine is. I’ve also got a new cartridge - the Ortofon SPU Wood A. Beech wood body with urushi lacquer and silver coils. Wanted one for ages but now it’s been discontinued. Managed to get one of the last ones produced.

No matter how uber-cool the kitcken is, the ******* oven gloves are always draped over the oven handles.
Same here, now, as it will ever be. Thus is the way of the world.

It's a mess, but it's my mess and my wife doesn't venture into this room, so I have the mess to myself...

And it is a mess that sounds fabulous...

What is the thing in the lower shelf that looks like an alarm clock or meter or something - the circular thingy?

It's a brass galvanometer rescued from KMS Prinz Eugen by a relative of mine, before it was nuked.

Bet it sound as good as it looks. (the best systems I heard in my life had at least one or two AN components in 'em)

Indeed, it is very excellent :) I'm so glad I took the time to re-wire it, no more green rot.

Hi, it’s a Aura Neo. Only really use it as a transport, so suits my needs very well.

    i know right on!…

The wife even sent me a pic knowing that I’d hate it there, and it now remains there all day.

A stunning looking system. I bet it all sounds wonderful. The AN valve amp looks amazing (and the clock). What model is the amp?
