Super glue…

Gorilla glue.

Another fan here; I go ape-shit over it. Problem is that it does dry up and be difficult to use after a time. After all, there's a lot in the container and you usually only need a small amount. At least it's not a two-part epoxy, which gets very messy after multiple uses. Reasonably priced too (in Aldi).

Easy to cut and/or file any excess when dry
 
GF used Gorilla glue to reassemble a large concrete planter about 4 or 5 years ago. Thing sits outside full of soil year round and still hasn't broken again due to freezing (which is what did it in the first time).
