The £250 (actually, £245) price is taken from the linked article. Presumably, it comes from just running the dollar price ($400) through a currency rate converter. In reality, electronics pricing doesn't work like that. Partly this is due to 20% VAT in the UK, partly just because manufacturers can get away with it.
The UK price, if it's even sold here at all, will probably be more like £400.
But I agree - it looks nice.
