I am using Spendor 3/5R in a room about 10ft square, driven by an Audiolab M - One amp/dac. I am extremely pleased with the result and have been listening to this system more than anticipated. Would I gain from replacing the excellent 3/5s with 3/1s or Audionote Ks, considering the room size? Or, are the 3/5s more suited to a room this size? I use Audio Note AN - Js in my main system, in a larger room.
