Those loose bits of inductor wire look messy. It's a recipe for shorts, which could easily send LF to your HF driver or, worse, kill your amp. I'd be inclined to take the XO out, derive the schematic (which I'll be happy to look over) and put it back together securely.

Think that might be a good move Richard, and Bobs look First Class. Don`t think there is any soldering to do its all screwed connections i think. Might be advisable to buy new gaskets at the same time, I think they will only add pennies to the bill.

Yes, $200 seems money well spent. I'm in negotiations. It'll be easy to rewire after that, so any problems really will be with the drivers.

Dont forget to factor in Import Duty and VAT I got stung for almost 25% extra on the last Decware amp I imported
