  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

While I am generally pleased with these headphones that I bought last month but am missing something with the App used to tweak them. Via Bluetooth I generally prefer to eq the sound with a little off on the bass ‘Clear’ and about 1 up on on the extreme treble eq and I have set a ‘custom’ setting for this. The sound quality is better still when directly wired though, but I would still on like to eq it a little occasionally, but it seems the App is only accessible when using Bluetooth and is not available when access the phones directly wired?

This is one of the nice things about B&O headphones, the EQ is remembered by the headphones and the App doesn't need to be running. With my previous Sony XM2s this was a bit of a limitation.

I'm guessing the DSP processor is part of the wireless chip. when running them wired, do they need to be turned on?
